The Interscholastic Mount Vernon Engineering Robotics Team is a place welcome to all middle to high school students interested in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, business, communications, design, or just about anything! Our student membership represents a group of devoted young people from a diverse set of backgrounds.

At IMVERT, we train, design, plan, and build robots to participate in FIRST's programs. FIRST is an international nonprofit organization designed to impart life-long lessons into young people. FIRST encompasses several different levels of competitive robotics.

 

MVHS Robotics participates in both the FIRST Tech Challenge and FIRST Robotics Competition seasons in the Fall and Winter/Spring respectively. If you are interested in learning more about FIRST and its programs, head to the FIRST website here.
